STEP ONE
Referral and Intake
Your journey begins with a partnership between Resource-Ability and the Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC).
The Referral: We receive referrals directly from TCRC.
Review & Authorization: Upon receipt, we review the referral and request the necessary service authorization.
The First Connection: We contact you or your family to schedule an assessment.

Person-Centered Discovery (Assessment)
Within 15 days of our intake meeting, we complete a thorough evaluation of your needs, preferences, and goals. We use specialized "Person-Centered Thinking" tools to get to know you:​
